Mortgages have a maximum term of 15 years, which helps you
have your home paid in full more quickly! All properties
must be owner occupied to qualify. Convenient automatic payments

Mobile Homes |
Latah Federal
Credit Union gladly offers financing on both Single and Doublewide
mobile homes. Mobile homes must be manufactured after 1976
and owner occupied to qualify. Maximum term (15 years or
less) depends on the age of the home and whether it is a
Double or Single wide mobile home. Mobile homes must also
be located in Latah or adjacent counties. $100.00 application
fee. Purchase money loans are 85% loan to value. The borrower
is responsible for all direct costs. Please contact the
