to earn higher dividends by keeping funds invested for a fixed
length of time.

MEMBERSHIP
One becomes a "member" of Latah Federal
Credit Union by maintaining a balance of $25 in a Regular Savings
Account. In order to use any of the credit union's services - including
certificates
- one must be a member.
MINIMUM INVESTMENT
$1,000 to open a six-month, one-year or two-year
certificate.
WITHDRAWAL PENALTY
There is a penalty equal to 90-days of dividends
that is applied when funds are withdrawn prior to maturity.
aUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL
Upon maturity, certificates automatically
renew at prevailing rates for another term equal in length to
the first. Members receive a notice of maturity in advance of
the maturity date. Members may withdraw their certificate balances
without incurring a penalty during the ten-day period following
maturity.
INTERNET
Members may use Online Account Access to view certificate balances and transaction
histories. Online account access is provided free of charge.
